You may face one or more of these issues while trying to access your exam:
An error message suddenly appears during the exam.
The exam expired before the scheduled time.
The system marks the test as completed without attempting.
The exam application or browser does not terminate properly after submission.
Compatibility errors appear when answering or navigating between questions.
The system shows wrong or inconsistent information (e.g., timer mismatch, attempt not recorded).
These errors occur due to temporary glitches in the exam platform, system compatibility issues, or improper termination of the exam session. Sometimes unstable internet or outdated system/browser versions may also trigger these problems.
If you see an error message, try refreshing the page (F5 or Ctrl+R).
If disconnected, rejoin the exam immediately using the same login credentials.
Before restarting the exam:
Windows (Chrome/Edge): Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete → Select “Cached images and files” → Clear.
macOS (Safari): Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove All.
Use only the recommended browser and version for the exam.
Update your browser to the latest version before starting the test.
Do not switch between multiple browsers during an attempt.
Always attempt the exam from one device and one browser window only.
Do not try to log in from another system while the exam is running.
If your test shows as expired before time or completed without attempting:
Take a screenshot of the error (with timestamp).
Contact the exam support team immediately with the screenshot.
If the exam application does not terminate:
On Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc → Task Manager → End Task.
On macOS: Press Cmd + Option + Esc → Force Quit → Select Exam App.
Restart your computer once to clear temporary glitches.
Re-login and continue if the exam window is still active within the allowed time.
Always start the exam 10–15 minutes early to allow time for troubleshooting.
Keep your system updated (Windows/macOS and browser).
Avoid switching tabs or minimizing the exam window, as it may trigger technical errors.
